Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Ari account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard EULA if you use Ari via the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use Ari.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Ari offers 1-, 3-, and 6-month subscriptions.
• Payments and renewals are managed by your app store or our payment processor.
• Cancel renewals through your app store or Ari account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds follow the policies of the platform you subscribed through.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Use Ari for commercial or non-personal purposes without permission.

Content

You own the content you post but grant Ari a license to use it to operate and improve the app.

Safety

We do not run background checks but reserve the right to investigate reports of unsafe behavior. You are responsible for your interactions with others.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. No refunds are given for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Ari is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Ari means you accept the updated Terms.
